3 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Currently serving Ghana and select West African countries
  • Subject to shipping and regulatory restrictions
  • Medical Device Restrictions

    Some Medical services may have additional eligibility requirements, such as medical prescriptions or healthcare provider authorization. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all requirements for any Medical Device you purchase.

    Medical Device Returns

    Due to hygiene and safety regulations, some Medical services may have restricted return policies. Consumable medical products are generally non-returnable for safety reasons.

    Most non-consumable Medical services may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging.

    Defective Products
